Standard & Guaranteed Delivery
Our standard delivery is made via 1st class post and is free of charge. If you
use our standard (free)
delivery we will endeavour to deliver on your chosen day but cannot guarantee
this.
For guaranteed delivery you will be offered the option to upgrade to Royal
Mail Special Delivery.
This is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm in most areas and costs an additional
£3.95.
Addresses
Please ensure you give us a full and accurate address. It is not possible to
change the delivery
address after the parcel
has been dispatched.
Remote Areas
Some very remote areas have restricted services. This can mean either next-day
delivery by 5pm or a 2-3 day service.

Order by 3pm
Orders placed by 3pm Mon-Fri will be available for next-day delivery if
required (excluding sunday).
Saturday Delivery
We do not make additional charges for Saturday delivery. If you
require a guaranteed special delivery to arrive on a Saturday we still only
charge £3.95 (the same as a weekday).
